That “CT” is probably truly a “CR” series as shown in your link. No matter what the file size or format, size or complexity of cut, it will not work.

Begs the question of how new is the cutter and was it purchased in the US? Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows.

Which sucks when wanting to avoid the USB issues every seems to experience. There is also a PCut that has a SD card reader on it. I uninstalled the LXi VinylExpress software, and re-installed. This issue might have caused due to incompatibility issue.

And everything works great. The Keyspan is just to convert from a usb at your computer to the serial cable on that end of the connection. But the cutter wont even print a correct test square, it ranges from a square 2mm x 25mm to 5mm to 25mm its totally random. Yep, that probably explains it.

You don’t offer enough info I understand the cutter has a serial to USB conversion and I did everything fi should.
